Main Topic for the evening... Harvest Hop details were discussed (Again, flyers have been sent home)

The 6th graders are heavily involved with planning this event. Their ideas were presented, and discussed among the parents and staff who were in attendance.

Admission price- 6th graders wanted to know if donations such as winter clothing or canned goods could be made in lieu of money? We decided on $2 person or 2 canned goods (list of approved items will be sent later). Sra. Myers will be providing name of local food pantry as well.

Activities were discussed in great details but here is a brief summary (you've got to come to find out what's in store!):

Games, activities, arts and crafts

Apple Cidering Station (provided by Bring the Farm to You, LLC)

Decorations needed (request from parents)
Donations needed (pumpkins, candy, small water bottles, juice boxes, raffle items for adults and children)

Menu Set:
Hot dogs, bag of chips, and juice/water bottles- meal deal at the cost of $2
Other items: Nachos, Cookies, Cupcakes, Popcorn, juice/small water, candy

Re-visited the details of family fun night at Skate Zone 71 scheduled for November 22, 2016, from 6:30-8:30pm. Looking for items to offer as incentives for the first 80 adults who come dressed in 80's attire
