Parents as your children outgrown their uniforms, please consider donating them to school.  From time to time a student may be in need of a change of clothes.  At this time are in need of sizes 5-8 shirts and pants.

Parent Night for parents/guardians of children entering kindergarten June 14, 2017
at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria. 
Please join us to learn more about our dual language immersion program, how to help your child to be ready for school, meet the principal and kindergarten teachers.  We recommend that you do not bring your child to this event - we will have a kindergarten event in August designed specifically for your child. 
  
 
2017 Summer School Registration
Beginning May 5th, there will be a new online paperless registration process for the District sponsored Summer School sites. Online Summer School registration will begin May 5th for Elementary and Middle School, June 5th for High School students through the District’s website at www.ccsoh.us

Using a personal computer, smartphone or tablet device, families will be able to complete the online registration process. To begin you must have the student’s identification number. Following online prompts, families will be able to type into an online application and select the appropriate choice. Once registration is completed, families will be able to print a receipt or have one emailed to them. The receipt will serve as your enrollment verification. Space is limited, you may have the option to be placed on a waitlist.

Lottery forms are on-line ONLY .

The lottery forms for Kindergarter and 1st
 grade were due March 31, 2017
 
For Kindergarten your child needs to be 
5 years old by September 30
 
Lottery Applications were accepted via the Parent Portal February 6 through March 31, 2017  
 
Pre-K on-line registration was
April 3  thru April 28, 2017 
 
 For Pre-K your child needs to be 4 years old by September 30

Please note - Lottery Applications are on-line ONLY
Your child will need to be enrolled into CCS
 first prior to submitting a lottery application.
 You will follow the parent tab for enrolling
 and use the "SPEEDYPASS" registration
 process and schedule an appointment to
 present the required enrollment documents.
 
You must submit your School Choice Lottery Application by the deadline or risk being positioned at the bottom of the waitlist in the order the application is received. 
 
First day of school for the 2017-18 year will be
 
August 23,2017 for grades 1st - 6th grades.
